I bought country vacation membership in april 012. At time of membership, they didn’t disclose the amc charges which is of rs 6000 per annum. After a long discussion & follow up, they apologized for the same and also emailed me for processing of refund, but I have not get any refund till now. My membership no is cvgg1v10lb110306. I am following the same from 16th july, 012, already 4 months have passed even no one is ready to reply my email & call. First mr. Chander mohan (head of customer care dept) had approved for refund. And I was following to mr. Devender (delhi preet vihar branch (-contact no 508) for refund, every time he was telling that it’s in process, and I will get refund soon. After that he told me that mr. Chander mohan has resigned the company, when new person will join that time I will get my money, after that mr. Anuj pandey ( sr. Manager customer care 042) has joined, now he is not giving any satisfactory reply, always he is telling that he is checking all the evidence. Now my question is that, when mr., Chander mohan has already approved the refund, than why again & again doing all these. I have all email send by mr. Chander mohan stated that “as per discussion with management, we are ready to give you refund" mr. Devender said that “we are processing your refund".
