I gave my car for service on 01 October 2011 at 10:30 a.m. as per appointment but there was no one to attend and finally when i found someone to attend it was 11 and as the Dealer committed the time of delivery i.e 3 p.m. I reached on time. But the car was not ready. The service advisor was not available though i was trying his mobile number. On contacting the service manager Mr. Anil Sharma, instead of finding any solution to the problem he started giving his limitations and was not courteous at all. Finally the car got serviced at 6 p.m. without the interior cleaned. A poor experience with the company and pure disappointment from the staff of Courtesy Honda Okhla New Delhi. Courtesy Honda — false committments
i bought honda city -ivtech smt -from courtsey honda oklha in nov 2009. as with any othe automobile company i was committed three free services from the date of purchase . i sent my car for 2nd free service and they asked me for rs 2100 for change of engine oil . the car has run only 2500 kms in three months. when i objected saying i have been committed by the person who sold me the car and this is same for any other brand -first three services are free , the service incharge asked me speak to the sales person. the sales person total denied any committment . later i got a call from service incharge that till 5000 kms engine oil and oil filter is not required to be changed ......so i had not raised my voice and objection , i would have had to pay rs 2100 which is not required.secondly now i will have to pay this in my 3rd free service in may....this is cheating the customer ...
