It is a hopeless consultancy where the people cheat the candidates by wasting the time. they wasted my time in so many thing and they said that they will release my offer letter once the reference check is over. But they didn't do reference check at all and informed to me that the people whom i have given for the reference are not picking the call. The girl who was in-charge is gladies.
Covenant Consultants is the best company ever and the best supportive company ever in all terms. Just dont keep cooking up stories and make anything out of nothing...COvenant Rocks & will always be blessed with the help of our CEO.
Guys, don't believe these positive comments about covenant. It will ruin all the youngsters life. please don't join this Consultant either you can join in a very small company (since the work is same for all consultants), coz there is no grey haired person in this company so the work flow will not be a systematic one. They will take only settled family peoples as an employee. they don't give job to needy peoples even they have talent.
Main thing is they won't provide you the experience certificates even if you perform well during your tenure. You need to serve 90 days notice period and after that they will take 2 months to give the papers, so totally 5 months will be wasted. they ruin the guys life like this.
Covenants policy is to take any fresher and they will tortured to the core to get work done and fire them out after 1 or 2 years. Yo also can't pursuit long time career with them, coz they won't keep people for more than 2 years, they will just fire peoples after that. If you are a hindu even 2 years is not possible, if you are a muslim you can't enter this company.
These peoples only take settled family background candidates. My sincere request for all the FRESHERS pls pls pls don't join covenant either go and join any small companies coz the work is going to be the same. Don't believe in their office location and infrastructures.

I resigned from Covenant and got my relieving letter within 5 working days. Peoples who leave without notice periods and abscond will not get relieving letter which is common. My request to the management is to kindly issue relieving letters to peoples who left without serving notice. it will help them and also they will not write false stuff about covenant and spread rumours which i personally know is untrue and false.

Recently i got a call from one recruiter from this company, they said me to come for an interview.i went there n d first thing he asked s r i muslim, i said yes n the conversation started n they said about company rules n regulations n abt my ctc ... after tat yhey said like thr s some motivation class ll b thr at every morning. all thy spoke n asked me to wait after tat that fellow who took n interview came to me n said y cant u look for a job related to ur field. i asked him then y r u recruiting a person from engineerong backround n y r u taking a phone interview he didn't replied n i came out..waste of time n too im 1 yr experienced. thy didnt have a job bec im a muslim .
covenant is the Best place to work.I am working here for 18 months and brilliant place for long time growth. i dont believe any negative comments written here and wonder where these stories come from. By the way anjockey, you would have not been selected for other reasons and surely not for relegion.please dont spread hatred. For the info, there are 3 muslims working in my team alone

i have been working here for the past 2 years and i love working in Covenant. This is a life time opportunity for all to make it big time in life. There is perfect work life balance and i love the fact that working hours are well planned and lights are switched off at 630pm.I am also happy about the company transportation provided and the daily motivational talks. The leadership team is an amazing bunch of people who learn and implement new ideas and i look forward to being a leader soon. Every team member is recognised and has a good career plan. Appraisals are super duper here and big money can be earned
They are one of the pathetic consultants in chennai...and if there was star rating for how pathetic they are...im sure all 5 of them would go for them!!!

This is a company which provided World class career growth and experience to work with MNC giants. The beautiful thing about covenant is that every single employee is recognised by the top management and given a clear career growth. This is the place to grow and make it big in the field of recruitment

work timings : 9:30 am to 8 pm (no excuses, have to complete the KRA given)
Incentives: comes only after 3 months after completing the target (they wait for drop outs to happen so that they dnt hav to giv incentives)
Preference is always given to Christians and most probably Tamilians only.

salary is deposited on time but no hike even after completing 1.6 yrs.

Progressive company with ambitious global plans. Awesome career progression and you get to grow faster than all your classmates simply because the company is growing exponentially. The company has grown from a small garage to a 500 strong MNC in 12 years . Because of the sheer growth in clients and size, all employees get to grow faster too . Only company I know which gives appraisals every 3 months . Excellent work atmosphere and mind boggling infrastructure. If you put in your hard work you will get rewarded for sure. Also the CEO gets to meet and plan the career growth for every single employee . Recognition is very very good and every single employee is known by name . Also I appreciate non discrimination on caste, creed, state and religion. Majority of the people working here are Hindus and Muslims than christians ( The founders are christians ) which itself shows that the company is very forward looking and very ethical. Lights are switched off at 630pm and company bus leaves at 645pm.
