[Resolved]  Credila a HDFC Bank Ltd. Venture — Rude and worst customer service

I am writing this complaint in regard to the Loan application that I submitted online and I got a call from Mr. Tushar, informing me about the application form that I had to fill and he gave a number of the representative available in my city, who is Mr. AVINASH.

I am very disappointed with the services of your representative. He (Mr. AVINASH) came to our home and he guided us how to fill the application form. He inquired about our property mortgage details and other income candidate from our family. I am applying for 6-6.5 lakhs loan for my "Diploma in Business", in New Zealand. I and my husband, informed him that we do not have collateral security to provide you, however, my husband's salary proofs will be sufficient for this amount of loan. Mr. AVINASH told us to fill the form and then call him, so that he can check how much loan I can get on the basis of my husband's income.

We collected all the documents required for the loan and when we called Mr. Avinash, he started disconnecting our calls and then switched off his cell. That was really frustrating for us. We are the customers and we are not asking for a favor from your company. He is acting as if we are taking loan from his personal account. Even the person (Mr. TUSHAR) who called me up initially from Credila, has auto-rejected the calls that we do.

I found your company good and that's why opted for the loan from this company. I also recommended your company's name to my friends. But I think, that was my big mistake.

Customer service is very bad, as depicted by your representative in Chandigarh, Mr. Avinash.

If our documents or funding is not proper, atleast he should inform us and can't he see so many missed calls from our number. I think he don't see the number on his mobile. He can't be so busy. Comm'on, your company can't treat a customer like this, who can be a source of numerous further customer. I work in an immigration consultancy, and if these persons had given me a good response, I would have suggested this company to hundreds of students who come to me daily.

But sorry to say, THE CREDILA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY MR. AVINASH WAS VERY BAD. IN MY LIFE, I AM GETTING THE WORST SERVICE.

I would like to convey my feedback to senior authorities in your company. So, I need the email ID of the concerned person. Or else I would surely write an article in newspaper regrading the company's response.

Hello,

I received a prompt reply to my email, that I sent to credila's loan department. They will contact the representative and they will proceed with the collection of documents. The company was sorry for their representative's behavior.

Spoke to Rashmi. She will provide the docs on Tuesday Morning to our Chandigarh representative. Have also informed that on scrutiny will respond the update of the case.

Said she doesn't have any more issues with Credila.

I am another Victim of Credila, HDFC Loan company Bangalore, the most ridiculous and bogus company for not providing and processing loan. The people associated with Credila, Mr Venkatesh, Mr Pinaki, Mr KrupaKumar are a bunch of retards which I had dealt with only to have the loan application cancelled. Entire staff at Credila Bangalore branch at MG Road is rude, unprofessional and follow a totally flawed process. No transparency. If you call them for any clarification, no one provides a clear answer. There is no connection between the documents they demand to be provided and the loan. Utter non-sense business is running. We applied for Credila Loan on a recommendation from a friend of mine who only applied 1 week ago.

He also cancelled his application due to the experience that he went through. Not a Genuine Company neither are people any. I recommend all of you not to go through the pain and trauma of dealing with this company and their people.

Pathetic customer service. People dont respond to mails. They delay the processes just for the heck. Works slower than a govt organisation. I want to start repaying my loan, and they are not helping me do that. They are deaying the process just to get extra interest. The executive they connected me with cuts the phone on listening to my query and doesnt reply to mails. PATHETIC SERVICE
Really Bad service and customer Interaction. Pathetic behaviours. Govt. or PSU banks might work better than them
