My refrigerator stopped working about 18 December 2010 and I made the complaint on the 20 December 2010 . The consumer care representative assured of the service of complaint within following 48 hours. The company representative however had to be reminded after over 60 hours to service the complaint. The technician came over for survey after four hours thereafter. He assured servicing the refrigerator within a few days as the part to be replaced was to be called from Bangaluru. It has been over a week now and there has been no assurance from the end of the company. The company has disappointed me and does no good to the customers. As the reason for delay the company says the VIP customer complaint had to be serviced before my complaint. Now I wonder who those VIP are for the company, definitely not the customers.
