[Resolved] Croma / Lenovo — Plastic burning smell from laptop | |
Croma retail center and lenovo together made me fool by saying no smell is coming out of my laptop. Great to see the association between both the parties. My laptop is still giving plastic burning smell but croma guys are not ready to accept it. Croma is nothing more than a fool making machine. We thought of buy some more item but now we will not do this mistake again by entering any croma out let. please never allow your near and dears to buy any item from croma. I have even seen them selling a laptop which i returned because of battary not getting charged

I have been made a fool also, but in CROMA's own brand. Did you know that CROMA is manufactured by ZENITH computers and that the laptop crashes anytime. There is no Bluetooth (though the floor executives say contrary), nor does the laptop functions properly in a network environment. I have exchanged the laptop once and still have a problem - with a brand new CROMA laptop. 3rd August'09

I have purchased a Laptop computer model No. Lenovo N/B G430 4152C2Q Sr.No. EB12334701 Inv. No. 59339 dtd. 17-07-09 from the retail shop ‘Croma’, Vadodara.
It has been observed that, right from the date I have purchased the said Laptop I am facing some problems with it. It gets hung at times; functioning speed is slow although it is the latest version ‘Vista home basic’.
I had placed a complaint through your online customer care service toll free no. [protected] complaint ref. no. L97R003T, L97V0128 & Complain no. L98B0113 dtd. 10-08-09. I went to the dealer M/s. Croma and they sent me to the Lenovo Service Centre Baroda but the problem could not be solved.
You are requested to please look into the matter at the earliest as it is hampering my work. All of the above creates a lack in customer satisfaction.
