Hi, My Name is Shashikant. My Problem is also similar. My Invoice Number is SLE00178738 . I also purchased Micromax Canvas 4 from cromaretail. After Booking 2-3 days I got call from croma that my product delivery will take place within 12 -14 days. Then i decided to cancel my Order and i cancelled my order. I placed the cancellation on 3rd aug. On 10 aug I got sms from croma that refund of my money is dispatched via bluedart courier.
My Biggest Mistake was I paid whole money to croma in advanced and now I am suffering for paying in advanced.
About the refund I called them again on 24 aug, 26 aug and 31 aug. Every time they are saying that they have forwarded an email to finance department and I will get update about it in 24 hrs. But I didn't got any updates from them.
As per policy, Croma states that the refund on cancellation will be done within 14 days.

You both are lucky compared to me as I have bought Sony mobile worth 21, 700/- & after 4 months came to know that the handset sold to me was used one & it had gone to service center before my purchase. On contacting the Croma I was shocked to know by one of his officer saying that it's a common practices in Croma to sell handset even it has been repaired as they cannot bear the loss. The recordings of the officer committing this fraud has been with me as proof & I am going for legal actions against the company.

i ordered apple airpods and when i got my product i opened it nd it was empty i paid 8999 nd idk if they will ever return my money or not or else i have to file complaint in consumer court and also in NCH
