I have neither received any calls nor my cell as was promised by Mr Naushad @ Croma Stores, R-City Mall. I was told after having arguements on Saturday that my cell will be couriered and delivered by sunday 28th July, today is 29th July, no cell received, no calls informing status of my cell.
What kind of support is there at Croma?
I have never seen a more worse support ever in my life.
I will never ever step in a Croma Store again and neither recommend Croma to anyone.
I bought this phone on 22nd June 2013 at 9999/- Rs, and gave it back due to problem in handset on 30th June, it is now one month and that mobile model, Xolo Q700 is already depreciated, without using that cell even for 10 days, that new handset is now costing Rs 9299/- at Flipkart.
Your representative yesterday called up and said we will follow this up on emergency basis and you will receive a call in 4 hours.
It has been more than 24 hours now and there has been no calls.
I was told yesterday by your representative on cell same time that if there is any delay from your side, you will provide a new handset.
Now are you ready to provide a new handset, cause again the date given to me of delivery of repaired handset has gone, ie 27th July. And this was the third time a date was given and gone.
Is your company's responsibility only limited to selling a product and then forgetting if there is a problem in the product?, that is exactly what it looks like, when i go to Croma that lady the moment she saw me called up Naushad cause she knew she had promised delivery on 20th July but nothing happned and then when Naushad came he picks up phone and starts calling service center of xolo in front of me. So was he sleeping the whole 10/12 days in between?
Why is it that when a customer goes in front of them the pick up calls and call service centers, why is it that your customer support is not even bothered to call up customers informing the status of their product? Only when they see a customer in front will the call up service centers and tell us that it is delayed again. Why doesnt Croma fight with the vendors to give a replacement.
I will buy products from flipkart.com cause i have seen if informed of faulty product in 30 days, how quickly they replace product.
Useless customer support.

After your calls from Croma Social Service Care, i received a call from Croma, R-City Mall, Ghatkopar on Monday night, ie 29th July and they said they are delivering my cell. I asked them if they tested the cell and they said yes it has been tested.
The xolo q700 was delivered to my home on 29th July night, but when i tested it while charging it the same problem was still there.
Even after keeping the cell with Xolo Service Center for 3 weeks they seem to have just updated the software cause while charging the cell if i worked, like while typing a url in chrome browser or opera the keyboard would go down, or clicking on touchscreen in chrome would shake the screen up and down, which meant that if i would need to work while charging it wouldnt allow me. Even while receiving calls while charging, if i touched the screen it would start shaking and something else would get clicked or dragged.
I went to Croma on 30th July with my cell and met Ms Karuna who is the support center executive who saw the problem herself, and she called up the manager and he came and he too tested the cell while charging and accepted there is a problem with the handset. I requested them they atleast give me a credit note so that i can buy another handset, but they said Xolo has to confirm the problem only then they can issue such a request.
The manager called up Xolo support head and asked him solution, cause it was not possible to send it again for repairs, and said that they have to give it in writing about the handset having a issue
Ms Karuna and the manager spoke to Xolo support and said there is still a problem with the handset and they should give in writing that there is a problem with the handset so that the customer can be given a solution.
I was told that this would take 24 hours, but i have yet to receive a call.
Meanwhile i received a call from Croma Social support today and they asked status and i informed all the above and i have been told that this will be escalated.
I hope i get some solution by tomorrow.
