This is a fraud company.They take original document and the way CEO of company talk is like a road side third class person.They hire people with name of QualSoft which is no where in existence with Sunil Sanap.Sunil Sanap is a CEO of Custom Soft which is a fake company everything in office is with name of Qual soft.Even i[censored] will go to office location the board outside is Qual Soft but when you go in the welcome board says Custom-soft welcomes you.HAVE YOU FIND ANY COMPANY WHO CHNAGES NAME FROM ENTRY DOOR TO RECEPTION..Qual Soft was good company was CMM level 3 but this guy has cheated his partners, employees and clients.this guy(Sunil Sanap) shows fake demos to clients and get the projects he tell everything lie and fake to clients and the HR Smita is also same as Sunil Sanap She is a lady which keeps on fooling employees and they never return you the document not even after completing 1.5 years of agreement.never never work with this company...this is fraud company with fraud CEO and Fraud HR Dept. This is one of the worst company, I have ever seen in my life.
This is totally a fake company running two companies called "custom soft" which was previously named as "qualsoft services"
He duped all his previous customers in the name of "qualsoft services"

He duped all his previous customers in the name of "qualsoft services" which is located at "602 landmark center, opposite city pride theater, swargate, pune, India"
He is now trying to hide all his fake work committed by him in the name of "Qualsoft services" by starting a new company "custom soft" registered with the address "5, II Floor, Shree Parvati Mata Apartment, 359, Shaniwar Peth, Pune
Maharashtra, India" and which does not exist. This new company is having its office at the same place as of Qualsoft Services.
They have also registered this company with NSR.
They take original documents of the employees and threaten them to get his work done.
They have one of the worst working environment.
They have 10 year old PCs and infrastructure which is not in working condition.
and also have very bad seating arrangement for employees.

really guys all above comments are truth i have experienced this i request all guys not to join this company its all fraud the language of owner is pathetic they never return you your original documents and neither they provide u the experience letter even after completing the bond
Hey guys im the victim of this fraud company i have worked here for around 2 years and also served the notice period of 2months even after 2months he called me to work for a month by warning me that he will not give me the experience letter so i worked for free whole month but even after that he didnt give any of the documents to me not even my previous companies experience letter so guys its my humble request to you all that please do not join this company they are all fraud and cheaters .Their current HR(Sucheta) will give you the assurance that they follow the process of cmm level 3 company but she is also a big lier she takes the documents and never returns .Also they have a Dog named Santosh who barks on employees on the command of Sunil that dog behaves as if he is the owner of the company he has zero knowledge and acts as if he knows everything even his language is like a hell god knows what he thinks about himself he cant even speak a single sentence in english he is working in this company since last 3 years he spends around 12hours in company god know what will happen after his marriage(Sunil will be lucky and will take advantage of it).guys please dont join this company...

Hi guys i attended the interview of this company. My experience was fine and did not find anything wrong.
Custom soft is third class company. I had given interview in this company ..
Very un-professional behaviour by HR(Jyoti), Receptionist(Sucheta), Interviewer(employees which are also tired of this company, but they could not leave because of bond, career reasons..) and Owner Mr. Sanap. U wont believe, but this is true, i have experienced it. They talk like you are road sided beggar. They ask u to keep original documents with them for 2 years OR pay them 40 to 80 thousand rupees for 2
yrs then they will return it(dont know they really returns it or not!!)..
HR, receptionist are real dumb.. Slum girls(Even slum people has some manners!) representing slum culture.. which nobody could tolerate..
Fresher's do not really know about real-company-working so they feel that, "This might happens in Companies" but friends, do not go for this company, there are lots of good companies, and they really respect their employees and new joiners..
This or above reviews may sound exaggerating but they are real and Custom soft people deserves each and every word used here.

I do not think above review are real. Now days many people write such fake reviews just to mislead the people. It is better you go and appear for interview. Do not believe on someone just on the basis of such review where these people are hiding their identity.
All this is nothing but misleading people. Do not believe on such comments..

I got a call from this company and i have cleared it as well;But I have certain doubts regarding the "names" of one company!
Reply Asap...They are asking me a bank guaranty of 45, 000 for 18 months...and too low salary!
APT HR — Fraud Company
APT HR is one of the fraud company i have ever seen. This company is into recruitment. Company cheats candidates by asking money but never give them interview call. This company never pays to there employees. Company owner Mr Vijendra is an who doesn't no even to speak English properly. He is madarchod and fools people and never pay there salary. Vijendra is a gay you make out just by looking at his face. He is najayaz son of his family. He never payed the rent of his office nor phone bill.He has a bike which he has stolen from somewhere. So think twice before joining this company because he will never pay you as well as never give you offer letter. After cheating, people had tried to contact his home but vijendra himself don't know who is his father.
