[Resolved]  customer of SBI - KALPAKKAM — Non Revision of Pension - 6th Pay Commission

I am regular customer of SBI Kalpakkam A/C No- [protected], ATM CARD NO.[protected] i used CANARA BANK ATM CENRE at Anupuram on 28 june 2009 for a withdral cash (Rs500/-) but transaction was not complited, when cash and slip were coming out at that time suddenly power cut-off. Due to this problem i could not got cash (Rs500/-) from the ATM Machine of CANARA BANK. but amout deducted from my account i waited there up to 03 hrs.but money and slip were not came out.finally i informed to branch manager CANARA BANK kalpakkam through over phoned and application also.so consider of my request and send Rs 500/- to the same account

Sir, My name is M. NARAYANI aged 79, W/o Late .S Mathurbootham and I am a central government pensioner drawing my monthly pension through my saving bank A/C No.[protected] existing at SBI Branch - Kalpakkam. At present I am staying at Bangalore with my third son M. Rengarajn who is working as scientific officer in AMD, DAE at Shillong branch. Sir, my second son M. Ganesan who is working in NPC, MAPS kalpakkam completely holding control over me and he has taken my signature in 5 cheques by threatening me.
Sir, It is even after my repeated requisition through my first son M. Muthukumara swamy and my third son M. Rengarajan, neither he is handing over the pass book nor he is allowing me to with draw my amount as I like when ever I am in need. I am totally upset and helpless. As a sincere mother I am giving this complaint to you. I holpe that you will take necessary action to get back my pass book from him. I am writing this letter on my full conciousness.
