MY consumer id-53645
I had booked my last cylinder on 27august. It has been more than 1 month and yet my booking is not being taken. Every time while booking we are being harassed by the dealer(Nataraj Gas Depot, Market Yard, Pune). We are given rude and irrelevant response. Its my sincere request to please take some firm action so that procedure is carried out smoothly and we don't have to face these problems every time.
Please let us know about your proceedings.

cylinder — delay in delivery
Dear all,Let me know the reason for the delay to deliver the cylinder? Sir, I had booked for cylinder on 05.03.09 but not yet get the cylinder. Whenever i call to shelly Gas Agency, I got no reply almost all the time.If they are not ready to attend the call of a cust, why they give the contact no? My consumer no is10080,
and my contact no [protected].Today i called fm 10.00am to 1100am to shelly continiously.So kindly do the needful to deliver the the gas at the earliest and pl advice the person who deal the customer to give more and more attn in this regard.I expect a favorable reply from your side.
