Daadys Roost : Don't trust this Guy, he is a Blood sucker, almost all the land are in the court dispute . take my advise !!!try to save your energy, money, time not investing in Daadys roost .. even i have seen some legal notices ad's against daadys builder regarding daadys roost in paper .

First i would like thank for rising the complaint, we are here to solve the problems with discussed in this forum.
I would like to share with you that, every project will be financed by particular banker, similarly projcet olive is also funded by HUDCO it does not mean the entire project belong to HUDCO bank. Hence company have availed project loan repayment has to be made, wt ever flat is sold NOC is been taken by the banker and registered. There is no legal issues in the projcet, this project is completed and ready to occupy.
