Electricity — Interruption in electricity
Sir,Please take a not of my previous complaint on 14 Febryary 2009. The situation has not been changed yet. I think this is because the KSEB officials are playing a game. The response time of complaint management is very ineffective. Today as usual, the power failed on 7.00 PM ( on single line only). I have informed at the same instant to both Sreekariyam section and the emergency unit. But the supply came only at 9.00PM. Why such a delay? What is the use of emergency unit? There is only 2 1/2 Km from the Sreekariyam section office to the said transformer. And they have thereon vehicle. There is no complicated issues with it. (They know because o[censored]nequal distribution of load the fuse has gone. And they know which fuse)
Shall KSEB take action against the person responsible for this?
I have asked KSEB sreekariyam section about the action taken on the complaints given by me to KSEB in written document. No response yet and no remedy also
