I am Pankul Gupta having my office at Aliganj Lucknow . We are in data entry work . We have come across a Company Triphla software and services. After a detail discussion on every issue I started their work while the agreement was in discussion of giving training to the employees to whom they had recruited to do the data entry work after 10 days on 16th july 2013 the work started. I pointed out that there was problem in the data given by our client is not correct . on my sincere complaint Triphla asked their client to change the data the data got changed. After that we again started working on saturday again I pointed some problem and wrote the detail mail to them . on monday they gave the answer to continue the work.

The agrangment made in the work was that they wiil directly pay salary to the data entry operators and I will get fixed amount of Rs 45000/- per month for providing ready infra with space and supervision of work. Besides this they will pay Rs 20000/- per month as expenses of running expenses . On Monday 22nd July 2013 evening They refused to give any money and withdrawn the data as it was on line.

Sanddep Singh and Sandeep Pandey has cheated me and did a fraud with me.

They wanted each and every thing free of cost. As soon as I asked the monthy expenses on 22nd july 2013 they did not respond as they do not know me.

I request to see the complaint very seriously from where I can get my expenses of Rs 50000/-.
