Datawind — Delays in delivery

To Whom so ever it may concern,

I ordered my ubislate 7ci on 15th NOV booking ID PMBEC4589DE4 by the modes of online payment. Datawind promised to deliver the product under 7 days of online payment. Today is the 13th day . They are neither delivering the product nor replying my emails. Please Help.
