[Resolved]  Datawind — Mismatch of delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered 2 Ubislate 7C+ worth Rs 5099/- each. But I received only one piece and they charged for 2 pieced. i,e Rs. 10,198/- . Datawind people are not at all responding. Also the FedEx courier has mentioned 2 different "actual weights" in From and To address stickers that they have attached on the parcel.( circled in the attachment) . What should I do now? Kindly help.


I have attached the billing details with this complaint.
