[Resolved]  Datawind — Money taken and tablet not delivered yet for 7 months

Hi
I have sent a DD of Rs 2999 to this company and they said they will be delivering the device by september but still waiting for their delivery. Now they are not replying to the email that you can see in the attachment email. I don't know what to do. Could you please help me what to do

If I don’t receive your reply soon I will be going in consumer court
