There was an offer from deals & you company showing that on women's day 8 march 11 an offer to purchase a perfume in just rs.99/- of rs.1000/- in bold latters and there were no indication highlighted except this. so as this offer was seemed to be good, i deposited rs.99/- by credit card. now voucher was printed to avail it on shop. after finding for several days, there is no shop founded in indore. in between i tried on there given phone numbers but there were no man to pick the phones. i also emailed them. now continous trying for one month i emailed them in threaten mode to go to consumer forum then they called me on mobile telling me that i have to purchase item of rs.2000/- first then i will be albe to avail offer on rs.99/- of rs.1000/- perfume. and now i found that there is written in very small letters in voucher and that was not shown at the time of offer (that was for limited time). sir how it is possible for a middle or lower class middle man to spend first rs.2000/- and then get a perfume on rs.99/- of rs.1000/-. I told them to go to consumer forum and that is why i am compel to wright this complaint against the company that work just looks frod with the customers. this is clearly a cheating case. so please look into the matter and justice in favour of me.whatever claim you feel convinient for me in this regard for one month harresment, please get provided to me by the company.

They emaild a confirmation mail for my purchase & it tells the delivery will be within 20-22 working days. ..
After that I called their support team 7 they told me that the product I ordered is out of stock & will refund my money...
They E-mailed me to refund the cash within 16 working day...
After that the amount not credited..& I called them..they again saying excuses that it will credit with in two days three days..etc... I called them more than 7 times for this ... But they are trying to avoid me...
Atlast they told that they had credited my amount to the corresponding bank... So it is not their fault & need to consult with bank.. When I enquired in bank, they told me that they have no data avaliable with that branch who debited money from my account...
deals and you are trying to cheat customers... No satisfied customer support...
kindly let me know how can I claim for my money against deals and you...
