I had also made online payment on 04/may/2011. The online terms and conditions assured that the product will be delivered within 21 days. I also called their helpline # within the 21 days window as was advised it been dispatched. They never gave me reference or trcker # for the consignment. Till date its been more than 55 days and i have not received the product. When I call their helpline they state product was dispatched the respective address and it returned back as their was no response from my side. I completely deny this as I always be at home 24/7 as i am a house wife. I did not receive any communication (phone/courier) from deals and you. I grew suspicious hence I wanted to check their cash on delivery option. I placed another order on 21/may/2011 and within 7 working days I was contacted by the courier agency requesting me to receive the order. We have also sent many email communication to deals and you helpdesk. In returned I always get electronic email back stating issue will be looked into, which was never done.also they are not providing courier consignment no. to us after many request. This proves that company does not care about their assurance once they receive their money. If the money is due from customer they regularly follow up to collect the same. I don't know why you guys come here with your complaints. You need to contact with the officials authority of Dealsandyou. As they really care for their customers they will surely help you. I never had any problem with Dealsandyou and am really happy with the discount they offer. I am in love with them really.

I have also ordered a BB 8830 phone by making full payment by credit card. The order was placed on 25th Aug; today is 21st Sept. There is no sign of any phone or any info regarding dispatch of the item. I have sent a few emails for which replies came promptly, saying that the phone would be delivered within 21 working days (excluding weekends). By that count, I should be getting the phone this week; but I am not sure. Seeing the kind of complaints here and elsewhere, I am even worried that I have sunk Rs. 3999/- in this deal. This is daylight robbery. I would like to know if anybody has ever got merchandise as promised by DnY.
Dealsandyou.com — Not Received Blackberry
I have places online order on 25th Aug. 2011 for Blackberry Handset by www.dealsandyou.com and till today i am not received by ordersAnd the response from dealsandyou.com side is not very satisfactory as I have communicated with dealsandyou.com costumer care center - [protected] various times with the interval of 3-4 days after placing the order but every time gets the same response that dealsandyou.com will get that within 2 or 3 days. But still those 2 or 3 days have not came. I cancelled my order on 26th sep due to Gurgaon PIN code 122001 not covered under delivery as communicated by dealsandyou.com executive after one month, got the information that the concerned department will contact you after processing but till today no one have contacted then I called again and again today i have talked to dealsandyou.com executive Siddharth who said your order will be discarded within 15 days.
But today again i received a mail from customercare that your " Dear Customer,
We regret for the inconvenience you faced.
We have forwarded your request for refund. We can not assure you that you will get the refund as we are only forwarding the request.Your understanding in this matter is highly appreciable.

My name is Vipin Kumar and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I had ordered Reebok Shades - Golden (Reebok Sunglasses) on 01 Dec, 2011 from dealsandyou.com. My order number is 315558. When I placed this order I was toldwell delivered the product in 21 working days and the TAT is already completed. When I called on customer care to know the status they said we are forwarding the complaint and you’ll get the status
within 48 hours and now again 48 hours gone and I haven’t got the status. When I said please give me my refund they said we are forwarding your complaint again and until we get the complaint status
we would not be able to take the refund request. Please do the needful and please try to arrange either my product or refund.
