I have ordered a Team India Jersey with order no.: 71312 from Deals and You (www.dealsandyou.com) on 4th March 2011. Still I have no intimation if they have sent me my purchase. If I'm writing a email to them or calling them at the phone number given on the website, then there is no answer at all. The phone is ringing but no one is picking the call. Kindly help me out in this case.

simply mail dis complaint to credit card customer care, with cc to deals and you

this is not just with you but with many people. the thailand deal sold by them we also a prank, they have collected money from all buyers but failed to deliver to even one person. and they have no cancellation policy as they say. I thunk teh best way is to complaint for them in EOW
