I regret shopping from www.dealsandyou.com. It's a complete fraud. My voucher worth INR 999 is lying waste since April 04' 2011.

Hi,

I have purchased a hotel stay voucher from DeaslandYou for INR 366.
The rest of the amount they said I have to pay to vendor directly.
When I contacted the vendor they said they do not have any tie up with
DealsandYou. Almost 20 times I asked them for my money refund they are
not even providing me with any answers they just says your compalint
is under process. My order ID is 783357 and my complaint number is
430805 so I want you to please make all the people aware about this
fraud site and also could you please advice me how can I take a legal
action against them by filing a case in court.
