wow great yaar then i can says i was lucky in this matter, same issue face from deals and you and place order on same day and same excuse the quality is poor so they cancel my order this thing first told me mr. kndan kumar and without attending call just put it down so i call again.

then a talk to miss renuka who just tell me that i will receive refund in 8 days because that is company policy.

Again i'm ask them how you can refund me then again they have not any detail i talk around 45 min but not get any detail they don's even know that what is my id.

so i'm request to every one that please do not parches from dealsnadyou.com because they are cheated lot's of person you can find it over here lot's of same cases over there so just beware of this cheaters

further more i was send one mail to their co-founder mr sampad swain and he told me that that is not a big deal in one his reply mail then what can we say.

the founder of this site is not response properly how we can expect that they will provide us a single product.

this is totally fraud so please do not buy any thing from here.

1. I ordered a watch as a gift for my wife for rs. 799 from dealsandyou.Com on aug 27,2011.
2. In the terms and conditions of the offer it was clearly mentioned that I had the option to choose between four choices of dial and strap colour combinations.
3. However when it took me some half a dozen emails and a couple of calls before it was confirmed that I would get my selected option.
4. Also in the terms and conditions it was mentioned that the watch would take 21 working days to deliver. It has been about 7 weeks and the watch is not delivered yet.
5. On requesting for a refund the customer service person at dealsandyou.Com says that this is only done on a case-by-case basis and my case doesn't qualify for that for some undisclosed reason.
In closing I must say that dealsandyou.Com is an unreliable online vendor and I will not go with them again. I request all to refrain from engaging with dealsandyou.Com or face endless harassment from them.

I was Given a Order on 6th Feb 2012 Order #[protected] for If You Love Someone, Show it! Indulge Your Beloved on V-Day still know they was not delivered the Gift. I was raised a compliant on 15th Feb complaint no: 42389. They said the will resolve this issue within 48 Hrs but still now (21 st Feb 2012) they can't able to resolve the Problem. I request you guys please don't buy from this website (Dealsandyou.com) its fraud and big Scam website which is selling the products.

I placed order no.631625 to dealsandyou.com on 7/06/12 regarding pyramid clock nand digital thermometer costing Rs 349 n 249 respectively n use discount coupon of Rs225 n make final payment of Rs 373,thus proportionate cost of two above mentioned products are Rs 217 n Rs 155.I received thermometer on last weewk of july,but its print price was manually erased.but i havenot yet received any clock.when i call them on 21/07/12 they said product was out of stock n refund only Rs 124 instaed of Rs217.i brought this issue several times to customer care but in vain.now i want u to provide me justice n compensation on account of mental harrashment for cancellation of order from their side n short refund.
