[Resolved] Dealsandyou.com — Not reachable and Fraud | |
HI, I have been trying to reach Dealsandyou from last 2 days, but the phone is continiously busy. When I login, I don't see the copupouns I bought. I assume there is a major crash of your database and most of the purchase data Lost. There is no response to the mails sent to your support. Both[protected] and [protected]@dealsandyou.com are not working. The coupouns I bought for softtouchlense are also missing from my profile, but i am billed for the same on my Credit card. I don't see this offer even in their PAST DEALS section. After their website upgrade, all the earlier data seemed to be either vanished or HACKED. I think your customer support is the worst I have ever seen.
A company which want to establish dont even have a person in customer support but would like to tell one thing without customer support you cant survive long in the market.

There is no reason to get this hyper. Dealsandyou.com is a relatively young company and sometimes it takes time for customer support system to take a proper shape. And DealsandYou.com has seen a sudden rise in their customer base. So It is going to take a while to come up with better solutions. I would suggest you to bear with dealsandyou.com while they are trying to get you the best of the deals.

How long you want your customers to be patient, I have paid the money for a deal one month back, numerous time I tried to have a touchbase w/ your customer care, already one month past i niether got the deal which I bought MEANS I PAID FOR THAT nor the solution to that. What do you expect...
