This is my sixth email on this topic (Delay of order number "0GA[protected]") and still you have not told me a definite time I should be waiting for your delivery. I had called on Monday (30th March) and was informed that I would get the delivery maximum by 2nd April 09. Even this has not been done.

IS THERE ANYONE IN YOUR COMPANY WHO CAN ADDRESS MY ISSUE ??

I need an email id where I can complaint against your poor after sale services.

I had placed the order during first week of March and my credit card was charged on 7th March 09. I was informed that I would get the delivery within 2 weeks.
Yesterday again you have promised a delivery on or before 4th April 09.

Now you are not willing to give this in writing.

I am extremely annoyed and dissatisfied by your services. Kindly escalate the matter and give me the delivery dates in writing.
