[Resolved]  Delhi Gurgaon Expressway — Boom barrier hit my car at gurgaon delhi toll plaza

Hi there,

On thursday, 19th September at 18:23, while crossing gurgaon delhi toll plaza, boom barrier hit my car.
I paid toll tax and moved, I was in the middle of the crossing when suddenly boom barrier hit my car. I called toll operator and he said their system hanged due to which it hit my car. Another person come up with their complaint book and asked to enter all the details. a copy has been provided to me along with a complaint number. he advised me that a call will be made to my number in next 24 hours. I didn't receive any call, several time I speak with control room or customer care and PRO was not picking up my phone, finally on Monday, I speak with PRO and the girl said it was my fault as I didn't wait for 2 - 3 second and moved on due to which it hit my car. this is unacceptable first of all due to heavy traffic toll guys keep waiving their hands to move on, secondly no where it is written that you have to wait for 2-3 seconds. this is not acceptable and I want my car repaired.
