Please accord sanction for 4 / 5 old DTC buses from Village Devli i.e. Root No.423 otherwise public is coming to Ambedkar Nagar to catch the buses, which is not possible for everybody to spend more money on conveyance.
Also arrange to make available buses from Ambedkar Nagar i.e. Root No.419 and 423. Presently there is a service of half an hour. There should be 5 to 10 minute service from Ambedkar Nagar.
Hope you will consider my request favourably.

per my schedule when i m going today 08/09/08, to tuglakabad station(pahlad pur) to maidan garhi .I get DTC
Dl-1P/B-1509 (gurgaon -badarpur rute bus).when i ask to condector regarding ticket, he said 10 Rs. for maidangarhi, normally it 6/Rs charge in other bus, bur due to my halpless i pay 10/rs for maidan garhi, but when i reached maidan garhi i ask to driver to stop bus in maidan garhi stoppage, he said this is not our bus stoppage.and run the bus continuous, he said also that ask before take ticket, isaid that i said also same thing that i asked before purchase the ticket,
at last in mahrauli, he stoped the bus, then i took a bus for maidangarhi to return.
pl. take strong action against it.

It has been found that after 5-30p.m in the evening No buses plying on Route New Delhi Rly. Stn to G.K-II (445) enter C.R. Park. Thereby causing lot of inconvenience to passenger from this colony, particularly Senior Citizens and ladies. It also mean that in the evenings, C.R. Park Residents cannot board any Bus to Connaught Place, New Delhi Rly. Stn. This causees big Harassment. These Buses should follow the prescribed route through C.R. Park. This will amelirate the inconvinience now being felt by Passenger from and to C.R. Park. Bus Route No.490 is also bypassing C.R. Park. This should also be Re-Routed.

dtc low floor buses and too cleaned and full of dust plz clean the buses properly and the down back side of dtc low floor buses are damaged pllz keepit in maintennce please

It has been found DTC buses not a time shedule properly. and no buses afeter 6.00pm and 7.00pm on the route. DTC management not a serious in the complaint
It is every day affair that the private buses plying along DTC overtakes DTC not by speed but paying DTC Bus driver, conducter. This is a known fact to every one other than DTC office bearers, connivingly. The bus driver will either drive slow and give pass to private bus or pretend as if the bus has got some problem. If some gentleman driver dares to do his duty sincerely these private operaters will lure the conducter.

I want to lodge a complain of the DTC bus driver (Bus. No.717, DL-1P, B2637) who miss behaved with me yesterday. I usally get down at Dwarka cross read light on the road towards Samalkha. Yesterday there was some problem with the traffic lights so everyone was jumping them...the driver of bus no. 717 also did that. I request him to put a small brake & let me get down as I catch my office bus from there...he refused to do and abused me and dropped me at Mahipal pur which is appox. 3-4 kms away from my stop where I use get down...DTC bus drivers have no right to behave in such a manner..on one hand they don't mind picking up passangers form anywhere besides the bus stop...and on the other hand...unnessarily hassle the passangers.

it's true that due to DTC services in delhi life of passangers are really comfortable, but at the same time I would like to give you some feedback that may help to improve your services upto fuller extent;
* today i took a bus from ashram chowk (route no. 479 ordinary- Dhaula kua>Badarpur) to apollo hospital & he charged Rs.10/- for non ac-low floor green bus. my concern is; it should be displayed on the back also if it's limited services or the driver must tell the passengers that there is a flat rate of Rs. 10/-. ottherwise how the passengers will come to know. Practically, it's not always possible to look at the small letters at the top.last month i had one more such experience while coming from apollo hospitals. the ticket collector asked for rs. 10/- for green bus and told it's an AC bus. then i asked if it's an ac bus then why the window's are opened. he replied no it's a very fast bus. in nutsehell, this type of behaviour is very common with the DTC Employees of the bus. i do not understand the meaning of limited stops, if they are stopping at all the bus stops as the usual bus does.i feel personally that either it should be flashed on the bus which is readible even in night time, or the conductor should tell about the flat rate and most important for limited services, they should not pick and drop the passangers on each stop,
* 2nd feedback is about faridabad DTC buses where the minimum ticket is Rs.7/-. atleast twice a week i get the reply from them "madam I donot have the change". to facilitate the process i started to give the 12 Rs. to get a ticket for Rs.7/- so that they can return me Rs.5/-. but now i am get in return Rs. 3 or 4 with the answer that i donot have change, when shout at them then they give the money back. this is not a question of money it's a matter of attitude
* 3rd feedback is about return of change, since the conductor never bothers to move from his seat neither for the ticket nor to return the change. what is the usual practice, once we go there to get the ticket & again we are expected there to go to collect the change which is highly impossible due to crowd and speed of the bus. this malpractice must be stopped to improve the image of DTC Bus Services.

But from 7.09.2009 the driver not pass through the route.
He passes the bus through Patel Nagar to Lee Maridian Hotel directly. EVen many times i requested him to go through the route. But no action was not taken by him. Even his conductor has no uniform and no batch and use the thread. So i request you to kindly see in the matter and please issue guidelines to the driver to go through the route.
