[Resolved] Delhi Transport Corporation — irregular bus service

The first bus of route no.578 (safdarjang depot to Najafgarh) supposed to start at 05:40 a.m. from safdarjang depot, but I am not getting the bus in right time. I take the bus from Nauroji Nagar bus stop. Usually the bus comes at 5:50 a.m at Nauroji Nagar. On 16/12/10 I waited upto 06:20 a.m at Nauroji Nagar bus stop but did not get the bus.

In DTC complaint forum the number for lodging complaints is given as 24351763 which is no more a valid number.

sir root no 849 nangloi to tilak nagar, or 808 mangol puri to tilak nagar root ki bus ki service thik nahi he, bahut dikkat hoti he,

pls is root ki bus ka intejaam kariye,

respected sir,
i want to say that the bua service of 85 and 740 from anand vihar is very poor. in our daily routine we must wait atleast 30 to 45 minutes
i request u to please take an action as lots of people of my area wants to get rid of this
