I had made a mistake in booking a special Valentine day gift for my fiancée in Delhi without going through the reviews.
The site appeared to be more user friendly than the other ones, which
drew me in.
A Valentine day special combination of a dozen roses, Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a 6" teddy bear was ordered on 11th of February 2012 when the site claimed that Special Valentine bookings were still open. However, the gift was delivered only late (10pm) on 15th Feb, and to make matters worse, it was sans the teddy.
For two days, contacting them by email has been futile, as I have to log on to the site repeatedly to contact them which for some strange reason (probab ly done on purpose) is showing an error (for purposes other than that, I am able to log in fine). Similarly the page to check status of delivery is a broken link, and neither is the contact number provided reachable.
I never expected to have such a deplorable combination of poor service with horrendous accountability on behalf of the organisation. They have no sense of responsibility at having ruined a special occasion which no apologies can restore.
In short, do NOT spoil a momentous occasion on this bunch of jokers as they are likely to break your trust. Was this information helpful? |
