FRAUD COMPANY , SALARY NOT PAID Myself Dinesh Kumar has joined Dfin Technologies , Noida in October , as a post of Team Leader , Company has not paid my salary & also not paid the salary of 15 employees working there as a designation of Software Developer & Assistant Software Developer , The Guy who calls himself the Director of the Company Mr. Dilip Srivastava This guy is a fully cheater guy , He is having my bond amount of Rs.30,000 & 15 Bond Amount of that Employees also , This guy is not having any project , & he is only doing fraud , he is charging Rs.30,000 from every candidate as a bond amount for 1 year & after that giving them project training which he calls as live project but there is no live project , and after 3 months he is terminating every candidate & selecting other , This guy is doing campus placement in colleges like RKGIIT & KIT where he charged Rs.12,000 per candidate as a amount in Black , Now a days he left the office which is in A-57 , Sec 16 , Noida , now he has opened a new company in Sector 2 , When i researched about this person , I got to know that he is a fully cheater person , & he is making a revenue by this process , by doing fraud charging bonds from the candidates who are outsiders like me , he only hires the villager who are not having any power to sue him , like me but Mr. Dilip Srivastav if you are reading this kindly note my points you will never be happy in life by doing all this type of things & this will lead you to the Jail & you will be regarded as a Criminal in Society . When i researched about this person , i got to know that this company is totally fraud & a racket who are doing this type of Fraudelent Tasks to make money , might be they are from any terrorist group , This guy is having a team in which there is a Girl Ekta Garg who is charging money as a bond amount from the simple villager guys , I have also got to know that there is no branches in patna or chennai or hyderbad all this is , & this guy is also a , shame on you Dilip Srivastava you are calling yourself Director , you are nowhere man . Beware of this company and help me to get salary of mine and other staff from him. MR ashish if you are genuine and u really thinks that company is perfect and genuienly working please provide with salary ... we dnt understant y the heck ur stopping salary and y r u charging money from candidates by taking name of bond and till date no budy has signed the bond...either return our money or rels our salary... i[censored] have any solution than pork ur nose otherwise convey our msg to ur boss for our salary...

i got a mail from some scamer...he is providing back door entry to these compnies @ the cost of bribes...our "loving" company DFIN is among these companies (position 2)...that means...pay 35, 000/-...get hired...sign a boond of 20, 000/- again...work there...be fooled...and get back to home...these frauds are makeing money with their frauds and consumer forum is not taking any action...WHY???...

I am Durgesh Dixit,I belong from Hathras Disttrict in U.P. , I join DFin Technologies B-85 sec-2 Noida at 10/1/2011 ,I was working as a SD post in DFin Tech and I worked for 3 months but DFin Technologies’ director Dilip Shrivastava did not want to give salary to his employee including me, because he is fraud ,He takes rs. 20,000 to 40,000 amount as a security amount from each employee then he provided salary from 9000to 10000 according to security amount , and I had also paid 20,000 security amount and my salary was 5000 per month according to offer letter , but Dilip Shrivastava did not provide any salary to his employee , Sare chor ha bahan ka lodey. delip madarchod hai ajay mehrol gandi nali ka kida ha madarchod ye bahan k lodey wo daride ha jo apni maa bahano ko bhi kothe par baitha de. or sahi bolu to mehrol ki bahan to dhanda karti he ha. tabhi to ghar ka kharcha chalta ha.

hiii guys my name is mohd shamim.dfin technologies in sector-2 is completely fake.i joined a consultancy after my college in completed name of consultancy is tech guru in sector-15 and eoc in sector-16, all the student along with me which studied their come under their fake promise of giving job in dfin technology in sector-2 but you have to give a refundable security amount of 20, 000 with a bond of 1 year.all o[censored]s agreed to their promise .they held our's interview on 5th jan 2011 in dfin technology which is taken by ekta garg(hr ) which is just for the formality to finally grab the money from the job seeker.during the first month they give document to read and from 2nd month put on the effigy project we all guys start working with zeal and enthusiam ..there is no salary paid to us which they are saying from starting that your pakage is .9l per annum..like this all three-four month pass and we come to know that its totally a fraud companry...no money is return by them...today i come to to know that its closed...
