[Resolved]  DFS — DFS has not refunded money

I travelled from Mumbai(BOM) to Newark(EWR) on 7th Feb 2010.
My ticket no. was[protected]. have purchased a 1ltr bottle of JW Black Label from DFS Mumbai on Mumbai airport.
Receipt No.[protected]. The amount was $34.0 (USD 34.0).During security check the bottle was taken out at Brussels saying that it's not allowed. It was not informed to me by DFS staff.

After complaining it to DFS(complaint no.100218s) , they asked me to send the Purchasr receipt copy, which I forwarded to them. They asked me to provide the Bank details and IFSC code of the Bank to refund the money. I provided all the details and they confirmed me that they have received the details and I'll receive the refund money within seven days.

Almost 1.5 months are over and I have not received any reply from them even after sending repeated reminders.
