[Resolved]  DHBVN Gurgaon — Faulty Electric meter

Dear Sir,
my Electric meter no:CD-4350, Cat:DS, SubDiv:0G11, SBM No:N022 Consumer A/c No:AV01-0307 was found not working (running) since the first week of this month. I have reported this matter immediatly to DHBVN Cc at sec14 gurgaon. I have also sumitted Rs.740/- as chrges for the replacement of new meter on 6th Nov09 and the MC no is :31961/09-10. I am sorry to say that even after repeated request to all concern person there has been no action on to this matter. please intervene and hepl us.

sir, i have submitted my application no 21228793 dated 23/10/2009 having account no. kh03/0084, san. category-DS, san. load- 11kw, MCO-no.30733/09-10 in the office. i was guided that meter will be replaced which is not yet. i am paying the bills of Rs 6000/-, Rs 5000/- unnecessary. i have installed electric sub-meter in the house which is giving very less units, which shows the lwss amount to be paid.i have earlier complained for the faulty meter, all in vain with excuses. i have contacted m/s durga electricals many times (asper your guidance). it is my humble request to please guide me when the new meter will be installed and how the paid amount will be adjusted.

One of worst men in gurgaon DHBVNL is Amit Kamboj[protected],[protected]).
He is just a shameless men and donot know how to talk with customer.
i request all the people of india that this type of men should be relived from there job with Immediate effects

This is in reference to our electricity bill No: KH1X-0294, Bill NO: 00609, Mtr 3035 for the period 13/8/2012 to 12/10/2012 which is Rs 80, 385/ due to faulty meter. We had building vacated in September. and we were there upto 8th October, 2012. Our previous bills were for the last 2 months about Rs 18000/ when tenants occupied the units.Kindly rectify the meter as its showing very high outrageous readings against our previous bills when the building was fully occupied.
