This is not true with all candidates to get Medical.. I have applied in 2008 through caan wing, In the second step i submit all the required documents in feb with the 28500rs of consultancy fee.. In May when I inquired about my case they said rules have been changed and now requirement is 6 in each module at that time i was shocked and apeared 5 times in ielts.. finally i got the required bands and after submitting the required docs they asked me that new state sponsorships will be opened in 2011 now what can i do... now I do not have sufficient funds. I want to fire a case in Consumer court and telecast all my opinion in PTC News so that the people of Punjab save by these fraudrants...

It is True I have also given 50000+20000 but they have not done anything just not picking up the call or answering the mail for last 06 months when all the documents are submitted clearly. I personally visited Delhi to complain and get the money back. but they said they are running short of staff and they don't want to loose us and business. They promised to give good service thereafter. So returned back to my hometown. Then again after no answer to my call or no answer to my email. They are cheating. Because of them now i am going to face legal action against me from the client who gave the money for process of PR Canada. I spoke personally with DIAMOD SODHI madam and BALRAJ GUPTA sir and AMIT worker and one more lady. They all promised me hidden with cheating intention. I am in Pondicherry they are in DELHI. I don't know whom to contact or some body please help or Take action against CAAN wings or GOD ALONE CAN DO.

First of all we would like this complainant to identify himself so that we can address this issue on a more focused and case specific basis. However, based on the content of this post we would like to put forth the following points regarding this complainant.
The complainant claims that he/she paid CAAN Wings a second installment of Rs.28, 000. Why did he pay this fee to a company that was not delivering any results to him? Obviously, CAAN Wings must have obtained an Approval for his case from the Australian Immigration Authorities in lieu of which the complainant was obligated to discharge his obligation of paying the company its due second installment of Rs.28, 500.
When the complainant enquired about his case status and was informed that the new Rules now make it mandatory for him to have 6.0 bands in each section, CAAN Wings must have provided him evidence of this Rule Change and must have formally intimated the client about the change in Policy. The Immigration Rules are subject to change at any time, sometimes even without prior notice, which a company or client has no control over. For this very reason a clause regarding change in Rules/Immigration Policy is also entered in the Contract with the client [which the complainant must have signed]. The company would be lacking in its services if the client was not made aware of the change in policy and if his application was further processed with the Immigration authorities based on old Rules. The complainant should appreciate that with the assistance of a Migration Agent his application would be forwarded as per the current Rules and criteria and would not be subject to rejection owing to technical faults in the application which could be unawareness of the Rules and Regulations.
And may we ask the complainant, why did he attempt an IELTS test not once, not twice, not thrice, not four times but five times if he was not convinced that the requirement in IELTS is a requirement laid by the Immigration authorities and he has not been mislead into believing that he needed a lower score? After all, the complainant must have paid his IELTS Fee five times, which he must have done upon assurance that this was a requirement by the Immigration authorities which all applicants are now expected to comply with. And secondly, why did the complainant not complain at that time?
When the complainant says that he finally met the IELTS requirement but then did not have the requisite Funds, I am sure anyone would appreciate that this is not an act of duping or fraud on part of the consultant as it is the responsibility of the client to ensure he has the required funds available to him.
It appears the complainant is frustrated with his circumstances and is blame slapping the company for the Changes in Australian Immigration Rules from time to time and upon his inability to arrange for the funds once he even cleared the IELTS.
It is advised that the complainant contacts CAAN Wings for options on seeking nominations from state/territories of Australia that have a lower financial requirement instead of posting such malicious complaints on the web and giving a media threat to the company. As a renowned company and a track record of having assisted thousands of people migrate to Australia legally, options and alternatives could be explained to the complainant.

I don't think so. i have personal experience with this company. My sister-in-law also went Australia on study visa. Caanings processed her case very carefully and fast. diamond sodhi and balraaj gupta both are very supportive.
