1. Please refer to my complaint against royal academy for technical education, bangalore date 04 jan2010 and 05 jan 2010.
2. My son d sendhil kumar also sent copy of representation dated 01 aug 2008
To directorate of technical education govt. Of karnataka to take necessary action for fees refund. Further my wife
D sumathi sent representatation dated on 05 march 2009 to the directorate and ack. Also received from the directorate.
3. However, no response from the directorate. The directorate
Is regd. Authority of the said academy.
4. Therefore, i kindly request your honour take action against
The directorate for irresponsible to my son and my wife repeated representations and order to the directorate to
Refund my son"s fees from security deposit of the academy immediately to my son"s account no [protected] sbi nagari-2762,
Chittoor distt (Ap).
5. We are in financial stress. Request issue immediate order to the directorate to refund the fees with penality for delay more
Than one half year from security deposit of the academy
Please. Request treat most urgent due to financial stress.
