GPF Account left pending

I am on the verge of retirement and working as Executive Engineer, Local Engineering Organisation, Works Division, planning And Development, Govt. of Bihar Sheohar but my GPF account no-BHR/BES 2942. The account has been left pending and unnoticed. This Falls under the acute negligence of duty.

I KAMLA KANT JHA WORKING IN LAGHU SICHAI PARIYOJANA BIHAR.
MY GPF NO WAS DBG/MIR-606 WHILE OUR WAS IN DARBHANGA.
WHEN OUR GOES TO SAMSTIPUR MY GPF NUMBER HAS BEEN CHANGED TO DBG/MIR-643
NOW I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY MY GPF NUMBER HAS BEEN CHANGED AND AFTER MANY VISIT TO DARBHANGA GPF OFFICE I CANNOT REACHED MY GPF STATUS OF NUMBER DBG/MIR-606.
