I disagree with the anonymous writer's complaint about Doli systems since myself and colleagues have trained (7th batch), got placed in IBM through Doli systems, and hundreds of people placed in several repute companies through doli. Most of IT IS guys working in IBM are from Doli systems.

I disagree with the anonymous writer's complaint about Doli systems, since my self and my collegues(7th Batch) are placed from Doli systems, currently working with HCL . There are serveral comments are coming outside due to impatiency, lack of knowledge and lack of co-ordination betweeen trainees and Management, Need Attention to sort out this kind of MISS INTERPRETATIONS.
I too disagree with the comment posted by anonymous person. I'm a 1st batch student(sivashankar.s) from dolisystems. myself and all of my colleagues were all well employed by dolisystems. According to me dolisystems is a NO 1 training division in infra. They have very good experienced faculties. As per my knowledge, those students who joins dolisystems walks out with a Job. But students have to perform and show their ability. Presently im working with tcs.

per experience by arush_86, it is a real TRUTH that doli systems are doing improper training and not placing any ppl for the right salary /right position /right company...
So please be aware of my friends...do not trust these kind of fake advertisers..all money making /looting.

I work for IBM. I got placed in IBM through DOLI systems; my team in IBM consists of 21 members of which about 13 are from DOLI. I know many people who got job after getting trained at DOLI. There are few who dint get a job though, that is because they did not perform well in the interview. These people who did not perform is not that they did not do well in one interview and had one bad day, they were allowed to attend more than half a dozen interviews. So if a person who is trained in a particular field for 6 months and after attending more than 6 interviews did not get a job, while his/her own batch mates who were in the same class landed up in one of the top jobs. Who do you think has to be blamed?? That person or DOLI?? Judge it yourself. For more proofs and clarifications. I can ask the people in my team to mail you from his/her IBM mail ID, about their experiences in DOLI.

I too say doli system cheat people like hell .am SUJA am working for a mnc company.i went to doli system to get knowledge about storage training and get placed .they dnt have any perfernce to experienced one.they said 1, 35000 which is 75000 course fee and rest for placements.when we are get trained by an organisation, it becomes their duty do good placements and not by asking money.then i saw some students roaming in the premises .when i asked them they said when doli system was started it was good.now in last 6 years the placements, training all is very bad and just to make money using their previous placements.i dnt say they have not placed anyone in IBM, TCS ALL.But it was long before.Now the management is just greedy of money.Please find other good places in chennai where they really do placements for students taking up courses with them in good companies without asking money.

What the doli ppl mentioned over here are true till 20 th bath after that they were pakka money oriented.No proper training.Placements zero.Full of contract jobs where they get pay around[protected].Dont trust Doli.

I too thought of joining this firm, but when i come to know all about this now i even don't like to step in to that company.
In my case they sent me an email stating that we provide job where in you need to clear 2 rounds of interview.. but later only i came to know that they do only training courses that too they charge very expensive amount to take up the course...

I oppose with the anonymous writer's complaint about Doli systems,

Guys, right now i'm doin IMS course in doli. Now i've completed 1 month of course. I ll let u know about the placement results soon. Even though the fee is high, i think they r good in placement that's y i ve joined. But anyways i ll soon make u aware of this, whether to join Doli or not.

As a consultancy they get the candidate placed and then only they do train the candidate after the Offer letter given by the consultancy. This is totally new to me, they train you for a such a huge amount and you wait for the placements. I don't feel good about it! I go with the writer i've seen consultancies. This is real cheap n they'r trying to cheat you.

Don't decide to join Doli by reading the above comments. It's not true in all the cases. Review about Doli, go to other IMS training centers. inquire about that. Don't join any training centers on referrals thru your friend or other unless you collect enough information.

Doli is no more in partnership with IBM. Still they have in thier board IBM as a partner. If you forward your resume in IBM by putting as a IT Management trainee in Doli, they will delete your resume or throw your resume in thrash.
They are in tie up only with Emphasis now.

2. Windows 2003 server (You can learn it from online tutorials posted in the internet. Will not give enough time for practicals. Only Vikram can teach you as expected)
3. AIX ( no root access, can't practice root commands. No staff can teach you gud. Better join some other training center, where it is cheaper. Particularly those who wants to be AIX admin.)
4. TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager - No experienced trainer. The guys who got trained in Doli will come to teach you. Otherwise JP the manager will come to teach you with butler English. He will teach nicely even though he is not experienced. But you need patience. For a small thing he will try to explain it with long story :-) he will see his watch. he will leave for lunch. because he used to have his lunch at 4 pm. SO he will expect you to have at the same time. The same guy will take SAN - Storage Area Network )
5. ITIL (IT infrastructure Library - A guy named Rajesh a malayali will come to teach- He will not actually tech, he will read out the PPTs), Basic UNIX (Mani kannan. He will see the book and teach with butler English. He is called as mental mani. His behavior will be like that. Pretty hard to explain).
In all the domains, Trainers will teach you 30%. Rest is your effort. Less access to server room. Most of the time, either network problem or problem in the machine. The computers are full of virus all the time.
For all these courses to get finish, it will take 4 to 6 months. Sometimes, some will get placed before . It'a all game of luck. One more thing, there will be lot of politics in there after you got placed.Lot more there to tell about Doli and about the people working there.
For those joining Doli with some dream domain

So if you want to join in Doli, don't join with expectations or dreams.

If you didn't get any opportunities or your are not get selected, they will wait only for 10 months to a year from date of joining the training. They will ask to stop coming to Doli. They will find some reason(attendance, % of marks, lack of communication skills) to throw you out of Doli.
If at all you want to join, ask Prabhat a sales guy or Shada placement guy or any other recruiting guy to give in written whatever they promise you. They will never give you assurance even you are ready to pay 1.3 lacs. They will give only assistance
. Their soft target is Freshers who actually doesn't required to join doli having good academic records. They brain wash them very easily. You will get the same course cheaper than doli in other training center. If you ask the same question to them, they will tell better infrastructure, 100% placement. They will first ask you to pay 5000 Rs as advance. They will ask you to attend the training for a month and pay rest Rs 70000/- after that. Or they will ask you to Pay Rs 5k first, then in a month's time rest.
First, they will start the training with Networking class. Durai Babu will take that class. His class will be good with fun, nice teaching. ThenDid you know the fact?

The contract with IBM is ended on Feb 2009.
Once upon a time there were placing all the people i, e., 2007 & 2008 . You can see the placed people list in doli . I can give your the people name who came from IBM and many companies for interview .. They took people only from Doli[protected]. So they planned too loot lot of money from us.
People were placed @ high salaries.. Since they worked on high end server DS400, TS3100 (once upon a time), , but now its too old.. They were shown 1 to 2 years of doli exp and got offers. But now they are thrown out of many MNC's cuz now Doli is blacklisted company. i can give your those names too.

Once upon a time there were placing all the people i, e., 2007 & 2008 . You can see the placed people list in doli . I can give your the people name who came from IBM and many companies for interview .. They took people only from Doli[protected]. So they planned too loot lot of money from us.
People were placed @ high salaries.. Since they worked on high end server DS400, TS3100 (once upon a time), , but now its too old.. They were shown 1 to 2 years of doli exp and got offers. But now they are thrown out of many MNC's cuz now Doli is blacklisted company. i can give your those names too.
Where is CEO balaji ? he is sitting in abroad and earning in dollars.Is he worried about us ?

TCS — False commitment and worst behaviour with customer
Hi,This is Dipesh Kumar Dutta. As per the commitment given by the Airtel executive, Saravanan M, I am supposed to have Airtel broadband connection by Tuesday, -19- Jan-2009. But even after full payment and submission of all the required documents, Mr. Saravanan has regretted the commitment as well as not picking the phone calls.
Therefore I request you to refund the payment done by me at your earliest.
