[Resolved] Dove — Have not received promised pack | |
Hi, Few months back (28th June 2009 - Bangalore ) there was an ad in Times Of India by Dove asking to send an SMS to 56677 and they will deliver a free sample.. Accordingly i had sent an SMS for which 3rs was deducted and also got a call from them for address.. But till date no sample is received by me.. My complaint is not that i have lost 3rs but why should they campaign like this when they are not able to keep up their promise.. i had sent them a mail 2 months back and no reply to that as well.. we bought a 3 pk box of dove vanilla icecream with milk chocolate and there was only two in the box I was using the lotion on my legs and arms and my back but when I woke up all on the top of my back had a rash butt my arms and legs were fine nothing wrong with then what so ever my back has been very itchy all day and I've had to put savlon on it but its not worked
