Dear Sir,
I have ordered for Frame TWISTE 1018 and Lens HOYALUX WIDE EYAS PROGRESSIVE CR-39 -1 no. each vide order no:OON/163 dated:12.12.2010 for totalling of Rs.9685.00 and payment through Standard Charted Card vide receipt no:000123 dated:[protected] for Rs.9685.00.
As per the order, delivery date for the above said product committed by company i.e. on[protected].
But when I was expecting the delivery on the committed day they were unable to deliver the said product evenafter made full against my order and they were dragging till today i.e. 20.10.2010.
Hence, I communicated them to cancel the order and requested to reimburse the bill amount through e-mail address i.e. [protected]@dragarwal.com which mentioned in the receipt.
But the above said service provider is not willing to cancel the order and pay back my money though I requested in several time over telephone.
Therefore, I am hereby request your intervention to get back my money from the service provider with nominal interest on payment made by registering my complaint against M/s.Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hosptial, C.K. Emerald, No.10, N.S. Palya, Kaveriappa Industrial Area, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore - 560 076.
Herewith I am attaching the copies of the order and receipt for the payment made for your ready reference.
