[Resolved]  Dr.Amin controllers Pvt. ltd. — EPF withdrawal amount not yet received

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Dr.Amin Controllers Pvt Ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office on the November 2010, PF office, Bandra has been already provide the withdraw the PF amount with 2 cheques but I have received only one cheque amount in my account.

Detail Is given Below which is provided by PF office bandra.
1st Cheque No.934305
Amount: Rs.26809/-
Depositing Date: 06.05.2011
Bank Name: Axis Bank, Mundra
A/C: [protected]

I have already received above.

2nd Cheque No.:967706
Amount: Rs.13323/-
2nd cheque only still pending.

It is almost four months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account, I have already more communication with PF office officials but they are not correct answering to me.

My PF number is: MH/44047/702

Please process my withdrawal amount as soon as possible.
