[Resolved]  DS Construction Gurgaon — Bad Managment

Bad managment,
some person black spot on DS construction, like Sandeep Sherawat .Appoints site operators with rudly behave. He has no sense to talk.I m an opt. of motor grader call to sandeep sherawat from MP .He says that come imeditly for grader opt. on 17000 per month salary. When i m going there he ignore me and other employes.His talking is too bad, like tu kahan se aaya hai, kya karta hai...nonsense.What's the quality in this man shows to DS managment.what is manners.I m waiting two days in ur office.come after some time. come after some time. I clear alll my test at manesar camp.Yes, , In manesar camp center workshop there is mr. Shaswat say come aftr some time.Wait, wait and wait.They dont know what is the role of operators at site.
I m coming at HO date 04/05/09 mrning
5.30am wait ok. Sandeep Sheawat come app. 9.30am in ofice.I given to my docu. to Sherawat, no response.wait..., after sme time says that tera rationcard nahi hai.Fax from home n given. Salary 17000 he says, final ok.Go to Manesar camp (ime is 2.35pm)for trial.Trial date 04/05/09 evening 4.45pm. after trail Shaswat Workshop incharge has been gone.Next day 05/05/09 time 9.00am say that come after 11.pm ok...
going back wait, wait, wait, wait clear manual trail and return to Head Office at 12.55pm.
Submit all documents to Sandeep Shearwat time 2.10, Sherawat says come 5.00pm, Ok Wait...
at 5.00pm no response wait n wait.Finaly at 7.15pm he says ur salary is 15000 permonth, then i says return my All doc. He says, that tere doc. Office me chale gaye hai vapis nahi honge.What is this hell?
I advice to upper management, pls check ur present working operators at the sites, then check in ur papers, hw many opertors working .
Ek machli(fish)sare talab(pond)ko ganda karti hai.sandeep sherawat ko main Mr. or Sir nahi kahoonga, he is not capable for respect.
Sardaro ki company ka naam in jaise worker ne he duboya hai.
