[Resolved]  DT Cinema- Gurgaon — Security Check meant to abuse

I am a regular visitor of DT Cinema Gurgaon since it started in 2003 with ticket of Rs. 75/- per person only.
I always appreciated the comfort level inside the hall and found it best among the class. But my view completely changed on Jan 1, 2009. We went to watch a movie along with friends and family on the ocassion of new year.
On the entrance we have to go through a security check hence I went to the ladies section for the same. A lady security gaurd standing there opened my purse and started checking. There are 6 pockets in my purse, she opened each and every tiny pocket put her hands inside n throughly checked.
I thought may the way these places are are prone to the security threats she must be told to do the same. It was imp for me to make my sel[censored]nderstand this as I had never gone through this kind of check. Even being a regular visitor to gurgaon malls and the multiplexes my bag was never checked by taking each and every thing out, not even at the airport.
Anyway after going through the first round she started checking every pocket again and this went on. When I couldn’t take it anymore I asked her what is that she is searching for.
Her ans " I know what I am seaching for when I will find it I will take that out." I was furious by this reply and told her to tell me the problem atleast so that I can help . Her ans " I don’t have time to tell you what I am searching for and when I will find it it I will keep it with me and I don’t need to tell you why I am keeping it as well".
My friends and family were watching her nonsense and the attitute with which she was behaving with so called customer. We all were surprised on her replies and felt as if we have paid for being abused. As if we are are standing on the gate of road side cinema hall where employees are not trained to behave with the customers.
Naturally she couldn’t find anything but it spolied the whole new year’s eve and none o[censored]s were able to enjoy the movie.
This kind o[censored]nresonable behaviour we all had seen for the first time and pledged there itself not to come again. All the comfort of the hall could not justify it. we have certain expectation while going to place like this.
