[Resolved] DTC — Over charging by the Conductor

Special Attention to: Senior Manager/Manager Traffic DTC, New Delhi Dear Sir, I would like to bring into your kind notice that the Notification done by your deparment for No. of Km/Non Ac/Low foor Ac Buses & the actual charge for the Ticket for aforsaid Km is self contradictory, e.g. as per Notification, Rs. 5 should be charged upto 4 Km for Non Ac & rs. 10 for Low Floor AC buses, but actually what happens? they use to charge 10 (in stead of 5 ) & 15 (instead of 10).. I have been working in Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi & my residence is Near Ashram Chowk (Sidhartha Enclave) & so it is my routine to take Buses for Ashram Chowk to Apollo Hospitals. But in spite of all Notifications (available at your website & published in News Paper), they donot follow what has been mentioned in notification. Let us take today's incident. I took AC Bus (C0689) for Apollo Hospitals, which is just 4 Km from Ashram Chowk (as per sinage on Delhi-Mathura Road, near Ashram Bus Stop). But he charged me Rs. 15/- instead of Rs. 10/-. So the charged fare is not inaccordance of your notification & the No. of Km mentioned by the government authority. if this happens with DTC then what can we expect from Private carriers. Kindly educate me for the same. Sir,
I would like to bring to kind notice that I was over charged by Rs. 5 in a DTC bus today morning. The bus conductor charged me Rs. 15 instead of Rs. 10 and when I protested against this, I was misbehaved with. It is my routine to take Buses from RK Puram sec-12 to Saket M block and I was never asked by any of the bus conductors to pay Rs. 15 (be it DTC or private). But in spite of all Notifications (available at your website & published in News Paper), they donot follow what has been mentioned in notification. I was highly infuriated at the conduct of the bus conductor. I hope you will look into the matter.

less bus service

In dwarka sector-1, their are lesss service of bus route no. 781. in the morning we are suffring with lack serivce of this route no. bus.i i requested that pls consider on this complain as soon as possible.
