I have purchased a WagonR VXi fully loaded with all the accessories in July08 from Fortpoint Thane. I find all the accessories are duplicate. I showed it to the fort point representative he also agrees to that. But his seniours are reluctant to replace it. HOW CAN A MARUTI SHOW ROOM GIVE DUPLICATE ACESSORIES. I have paid for geninuen MGA.
I feel Fortpoint must have fooled lots of customers by now and the customers may not be knowing.
Will some body take up this matter and help me getting the replacements.

I have purchase Wagan R LXI on 7th of August 2009 from Spectra Motors, Ghatkopar.
Services provided to cumtomer is appreciated. But I have folloiwng complaint agaisnt the Maruti Company the details are as under :
1. Number Plate used my car made of Low Quaility Tin.
2. Rust is coming out even a few drops of rain. Rust is distroying my silver silky colunr and there is a
reddish spot around the number plate.
3. Inside Door Handle has come out with in four days. Plastic quality on door is very low quality.
4. Such type of inferior quality we never expect from world famous Maruty Company.
Request you to replace number plate with hard plastic. Needs to improve quality of plastic product otherwise in near future company goodwill in the market will be down.
As I was a customer of Maruti 800 for last decade.
Now I am owner of Maruti Wagan R.
My suggestion :
Number plate should be hard plastic plate and charge extra amount from the customer.
This is very small issue but crate bad image among the customer. Request you to resolve the issue for the benifit of the customer .
