dvr — cutting of balance

i had fill up balance of 10 rs on 25 th aug & after 1 hrs try to call but it shows me that u have insufficient balance in your account when i approach to customer care then they replied me that i had use gprs & in that my balance was cut but in reality my phone doesn't support tothe gprs & for that ihad complain it to yr customer care with complain no.[protected] but they replied me that your balance cut in gprs sir
due to this iam really dissatisfied so, please do inquary on this & give me suitable reply
before this ihad fillup balance of 1oo on 9-8-2009 & my 90 rs was cuted in this gprs refrence ehen i had call to yr customer care & that person says me that he had register my complain & gives false complain no.so please check yr company what's going on there &sir now, i am sure that from from yr companysome one is doing this kind of thefting the balance this card is on my father name
