Hi All,
This is one bad experience I am sharing with u, which i had with E- Zone Bangalore, Rajajinagar Branch.
Unfortunately one day i went there and purchased one Nokia Mobile 5030 express radio. They gave me one defective stock and i was not aware of that. just for 5 min i switched on the handset , checked it was working fine..
Once i came home and stated using i faced one by one problem..I am unable to open the contacts, menu option, nothing is working . Its getting hang frequently......
Next day morning when i went there and asked for replacement. That people started arguing and denied to give the replacement..they are not ready to give replacement and telling me to get doa certificate etc. etc. It was not even 20 hour of the purchase. They stated telling me to go to Nokia care and get it serviced or replacement.
So i went to nokia care, the reliable service center. They told me that, as per the rules, the mobile should be replaced by the retailer ( Ezone) with in 24 hours of sale. So from there when i called to Ezone sales person jayraj( mob: [protected]) and asked him to speak with Nokia care people. he is not at all ready to listen their words and asking me to wait in that place only. Nokia people only replace and i cant do that he is telling.
At last i didnt have any other option, so i requested nokia care people to replace the handset... After some day i got it replaced...Thanks to Nokia Care .
This kind of worst service Ezone is providing to customer. Even they are not agreeing to follow the rules. After paying full money to ezone..i got my handset after 6 days...
Please look in to this issue. and advise them not to create such type of problem with customer..
