[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Non receipt of Gift

have purchased NEW iberry AUXUS AX03G Tablet + Phone Android ICS 1GB RAM 24GB 1Yr MFG Wrnty on 18.07.2012 from www.ebay.in and the payment was Rs.9989/- for which I was eligible to get EBay gift voucher YOBUDDY004 and the gift they promised me was DRY IRON. But till date I have not received the gift as mentioned above. I have contacted the consumer executives of Ebay on 15 November 2012, 06 February 2013 and 11 February 2013. But everytime, they promised me that they will send the gift as mentioned above and also they will update me either by call or by email. But till date (25.02.2013, they have not even bother to update me with the details and also they have not even send me the gift for which I was eligible. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
