ECI — Non Compliance of Transfer Order

. Inspite of ECI guidelines for transfer of District, Sub Division & Block Officials and other officials related with Election work who are in District for more than 3 years, many officials of Darjeeling District were not transferred.Infact 70% of officials of Darjeeling District are in home District / home Sub Division for more than decades. As there being no Panchyat Raj System and presently no DGHC, most of the officials District, Sub Divisional and Block Administrations are corrupt and are totally responsible for present Situation of Darjeeling District.Moreover . Apart from amassing huge wealth by corrupt means, these officials have ruined Darjeeling for decades . Even after the transfer order of Officals by respective Department, transfer order was not complied by District Officials in Darjeeling District.

I would like to request ECI to take strong action for non compliance of Transfer order .

one teacher Dr.Muthusamy lecturer in pharmacy college a govt madras medical college working in temporary basis working for PMK political party against the government collecting all the information about the purchage particulars of the goods, service, and drugs required to the hospital submiting to the party creating problem to the smooth functioning, being govt employee working for apolitical party as spy in full time basis how could be possible he is aPMK political general council membsr THREATENING WORKING FACULTY in illegal way and collecting money in the name of Minister MRK PANNERSELVAM SAYING PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MINISTER and mr shanmugam sr PA to minister govt service system should be only for common service not for the any political agency using the name of the community
