[Resolved]  Edeal — False Commitments

I spoke to a representative of Edeal.in and asked for Nokia9300, so as to purchase, i have made the payments and have bill. I was told this mobile set is available and you can purchase this handset. At very first glance i placed the order on 3 February 2009. After 1 day on 5 February 2009, i called them to inquire about my order, there was no response. Then i again called on 6 February, they said you will get the order on 7 February for sure. But i didn't received it on & February as well. Then i again called them on the same day they said, you will get your order on 9 February that's on Monday. Unfortunately, the same thing happened and i didn't get my order. Then i again called them, they said its not available, but we will surely get you the handset in 2 days. And there is clearly written in their Terms and Conditions, if their is any delay in order we will inform you about through sms or email. But their was no response from their side. It was me who used to call them up. Today i called them now there is no response, from their side as i called them thrice.
