Edigiworld.com — Invalid customer care number, Delivery & refund issue

I had purchased Kenstar Hot spring KGS25W6M Storage Water Heater from this site on Aug 13, 2013 with Order no. is[protected]SKU: [protected]) of amount Rs. 5240/-. The product was not delivered as per promised of shipping within 5-7 days. After follow up and being disappointed with the service, I had cancelled the order on Sep 02, 2013. The customer care number mentioned on the web site, was not correct or out of service. The site has been cheated me. There were not picking up my phone. On email, there were accknowledge the mail only but no proper reply. Please log my complain and help me for refund of the amount. Regards, Manish Sahu
