[Resolved]  Education Loan — Appointment for collecting the loan amount

Dear Sirs,

I am unable to collect the education loan sanctioned for my son for doing engineering. They asked me to take appointment over phone at RACPC..But they never lift the phone at the reception. When I personally met them, they said that I had to take appointment over phone only. I am struggling. I had to pay my fees in July 2009. So far I am unable to get the appointment. I am really disappointed at the services of SBI. Pl.advise me what to do.
