Mistakes in the voter id card

To
The EC officials

I am GURAJARAPU NARESH from East godavari district,Mandapeta.There are corrections in my card even though submission of correct information.
The corrections are as follows
NARESH GURAJAPU instead of NARESH GURAJARAPU
My fathers name is spelling to be corrected Mariyya instead of Maraiah
and finally my date of birth its 24-08-1989

I am SWAMY GATLA from Nizamabad district, sirikonda monadal, chinna walgote village.There are corrections in my card even though submission of correct information.
The corrections are as follows
SWAMI GATLA instead of SWAMY GATLA
My fathers name is spelling to be corrected GANGADHARA instead of GANGADHAR
and finally my date of birth its 28-04-1989
